As I have demanded for many years to no avail, the release of all prisoners of conscience without exception is a moral duty and a legal obligation before it is a rational necessity for any human, economic, social and political progress. Freedom of opinion is the cornerstone of building any just and capable state... A state is free by the freedom of its people and its strength comes from the strength of its people.
