It's work in progress but it works: I have developed a Catalyst Apllication (PERL) to import the Tweets from "Download an archive of your data" into a PostgeSQL database and show them on my own server / website. http://stockholm.hostmaster.org/

I am going to make this available as #OpenSource, probably under GPLv3 license. If you are interested to try this, please contact me. You need a downloaded archive of your twitter data and a server with PERL, Catalyst and PostgreSQL. Catalyst comes with it's own webserver but can also be integrated as CGI / FastCGI into an existing webserver (e.g. Apache).
